Day 18 of the 25 Days of Giving brings us the Voila mattress!
Voila is an insanely comfortable hybrid that comes in three firmness options – winner chooses firmness and size!
In my Voila review I highlight how the mattress has a very thoughtful construction – with a lot of layers included to make sure you get the most benefit out of the sleeping experience as possible.

The mattress comes in 3 firmness options, though I just reviewed the medium firmness option. Check out how me and a few other testers rated the firmness of the Voila

Last thing to note on this mattress is the motion transfer – it performed incredibly well for a hybrid! Check out the results:

Thanks for the contest! Really need a new bed!
I think I would really like this mattress.
i’d give anything for a good mattress. that it is hybrid is even better
I’m really impressed with the motion transfer test on this one. The construction looks like it offers the firm support I like as well.
Love the inner pocked coils with it being a hybrid along with foam.
The motion transfer looks ideal!
I love the pocketed coils. The motion transfer test looks great!
I like the warrenties on all the mattresses. Very nice.
Woohoo!
This mattress is one of a new type I haven’t experienced. I do like the construction and look it offers.
Again, I love that we can choose the firmness. It’s amazing to me how well made mattresses like the Voila mattress are made these days. Makes you wonder what they were thinking back then!
The motion transfer is important to me. I love the results!
This sounds like a great mattress that would be good for side sleepers, like me.
Praying for a new mattress from this 25 day giveaway, I’m moving soon and I won’t have one but I have faith I might win (:
I think among other ones with Gel Memory Foam, I like this one the best!
Voila produces a hybrid mattress, using a mix of foam and pocketed coils, which is a different construction from most bed in a box companies. The Voila mattress comes in three different firmness levels.
If you are looking for a hybrid mattress with a bit more pressure relief – If you’re a bit heavier or a side sleeper, this could be a good choice for you. If you’re looking for different firmness options – If you like the structure of the mattress but are looking for something a little firmer Voila offers three different firmness levels. If you’re looking for a memory foam feel but need more support – Because of the pressure relief of the memory foam on top and the support of the pocketed coils this hybrid is a good choice for people that would like a mix of both.
This mattress seems to work if you want a firmer mattress but still a luxury feel.
I’ve been staying away from soft mattresses but after watching the video I think I like this one! I like the fact it has coils in it with the foam and memory gel.
This mattress seems to be the perfect choice. My expensive mattress sagged after a few years. I doubt the Voila mattress will do the same.
I like that this one is a hybrid between foam and coil! Sounds great! Thanks!
I could really use a mattress like this. I’ve had 4 surgeries on my back and my mattress does not help with the pain. My mattress is so stiff its like sleeping on the floor. I sleep better on my couch then I do in my bed. I toss & turn all night then wake up each morning so stiff taking me 30-40 mins just to get out of bed because it hurts to move.
I’m fairly certain I need the medium, soft mattress but when you were on the bed alone the bottom of the mattress did come up off the platform.
We definitely need a new mattress because the mattress I have now has puddled in the middle. It only takes a short time before my back starts to hurt and I have to get out of the bed. My whole life is suffering from this.
The Voila plush version mattress sounds like just what we need to replace our 15 year old mattress and save our backs too. Sleepopolis & Voila has got our back!
I like that it distributes pressure evenly since I am a side sleeper
Would love to try this as it appears it would greatly help with back pain. Love the firmness
This is just what I need. Hubby likes a firmer mattress so this would be perfect for us.
Excellent review. Really lovely bed. I own one just like this and sleep like a baby.
Thank you for introducing me to Voila and for using 4 testers in this firmness section of the review! I’m awake in the middle of the night because I can’t sleep. Think I need a new mattress? :-)
Great review again, this bed looks really comfy… thanks!!
Looking at it from a side sleeper’s point of view…the cool foam with edge and coil support. The best of both worlds.
This mattress is perfect! I would like to see the firmer one…
I like that they incorporated coils, gel and memory foam to get the best of all worlds. Would love to own this one to help our backs
Looks amazing! So comfortable!
This would be a fantastic Christmas gift!
Voila looks like a really intricately designed mattress. They have about 10 different layers described on the website. I’m impressed a bed in box company uses a foam encasement for coils. Most online hybrids I’ve seen don’t use an encasement. The only other company I’ve seen so far is Saatva, but it’s an innerspring, not a hybrid and isn’t roll-packed in a box. I would to see the specs on the memory foam, latex, & polyfoam layers density for durability reasons. For a mattress to last, a hybrid should have a coil count of 800 or higher in a queen, but Voila’s count is in the 700s. If the other layers have a higher PCF, then the coil count isn’t worth getting worked about. Otherwise, the Nest Alexander Hybrid is the same price, uses 1300 8″ pocketed coils, 3″ of polyfoams, & 3″ of memory foam. I think it offers more for the money. What do you think?
This mattress sounds luxurious. With the combination of gel, latex and pocketed coils, it looks like pure comfort. Thanks!
I like that it’s a hybrid mattress with coils and foam.
This Mattress sounds great – I like the idea of it being a hybrid, choice in firmness level, and edge support…
