Offer Details

  • Not redeemable for cash. This offer is valid while supplies last and is redeemable via a $50 Reward Card. Eligibility for this offer requires a purchase (minimum $349 taxes addt’l) of any mattress or sleep product reviewed by Sleepopolis. The eligible purchase must take place after speaking with a Sleepopolis mattress expert to receive the Reward Card Code.

How do I claim my reward card?

  • The Reward Card is redeemable after your mattress or sleep product has been delivered. After delivery, email . In the body of the email include: 
    • Name of person who purchased the mattress
    • Address where mattress was delivered (this will be where the gift card is mailed)
    • Phone Number
    • Brand and Size of Mattress Purchased
    • Claim Number given to you by the salesperson



How will I receive my Reward Card?

  • Your Reward Card will be sent to the address where your mattress was shipped. Cards are shipped within 6-8 weeks of submitting the Reward Claim.



Do I need to activate my card?

  • Yes. Call the toll-free number on the back of your card. Cards must be activated prior to use.



Why have I not received my Reward Card?

  • If it has been more than 6 weeks since you submitted your rewards claim, email rewardcardsupport@bightwell.com. Include the name and address of the person that should receive the card and ask for the card status.

How long do I have to claim my reward?

You have 30 days to claim your reward from the date your mattress has been delivered.



My reward claim window has expired. Can I still claim my reward?

No. We apologize, but rewards cannot be claimed after their expiration date.



Can I use my card to buy gas?

  • Yes. However, you will have to go inside to pay with your card. The card may be blocked at the pump or it may try to authorize more than the available balance on the card.



How do I know how much money is on the card?

  • You may check your balance by calling the customer service number or visiting the website listed on the back of your card. You will need the card account number and PIN to check your balance. You may NOT check your balance at the checkout, nor do store receipts print your available balance. Be sure you have available funds prior to making your purchase.

How do I use my card for making purchases at retail locations

  • When making purchases at retail locations, tell the merchant to process your purchase as a “credit” transaction.



Does my card expire?

  • Yes. The card expiration date is printed on the front of the card.



Can lost or stolen cards be replaced?

  • Yes. If your card has been lost or stolen, and it can be verified that you are the original card holder, your card will be replaced less the fee listed on the Schedule of Fees that came with your card. Please contact the customer service number listed on the back of your card.
