Popular bed-in-a-box company Leesa is entering 2018 armed with a bevy of new retail and collaborative partnerships set to expand its reach across the country.
The proverbial ball got rolling this past September when Leesa began a relationship with West Elm. Given Leesa’s well-documented commitment to social causes, the new partnership became as much about selling beds as it was about giving back, with the mattress company donating 1,000 beds to charities located nearby West Elm locations nationwide.
“Now more than ever, we are showing our customers the power of their purchases and how they can make a positive impact,” West Elm VP of merchandising Don Macciocca explained at the time. “We recognize that Leesa shares our vision of making a difference in the world and as a company that seeks new and innovative ways to give back, West Elm is excited to further our mission together with Leesa.”
Shortly after connecting with West Elm, the online mattress brand became attached to Pottery Barn. The luxury home retailer launched the partnership in December, announcing that both Sapira and Leesa mattresses would be available online and in eight select Pottery Barn stores. The company also began carrying the Leesa foundation, pillows, and blanket.

We’re asked so often “which sheets are right for my mattress?” that we decided to partner with @thirdliving, a like-minded luxury linen brand, to create sheets, pillowcases and a duvet cover made just for your Leesa products. Click the link in our bio to see why Leesa Sheets are the pefect fit!
In addition to these new retail relationships, Leesa also recently struck up a collaboration with Third Sheets, a luxury linen brand. Together, the two companies developed a new line of 500-thread count sheets tailor-made for the Leesa suite of mattresses. These sheets are constructed with a sateen weave, a special method that makes them smooth, super soft and wrinkle-resistant. A portion of each sale goes to 42nd Street, a charity that supports young people with their mental health and emotional well-being.
With all the exciting growth going on for Leesa, it’s worth noting that the brand has continued to keep its focus on helping those in need. Alongside the charities associated with its Third Sheets and West Elm partnerships, the brand has remained committed to its flagship initiatives One-Ten (wherein the company donates one mattress for every ten sold), One-Earth (wherein a tree is planted for every mattress sold) and One-Community (wherein the brand invests in local communities).

Last week, the Leesa team was humbled to visited @voacolorado in Denver, CO, a national organization dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. Thank you to our board member, Tyler Tysdal for connecting us with the Colorado VOA and helping us launch our partnership with them through a donation of over 200 mattresses to be placed throughout their Denver programs.
