Nest Bedding Opens New Store In Seattle

Popular mattress retailer Nest Bedding announced this week that it was expanding into the Seattle market with the opening of a new store in the city.

The retail location is located at 2008 1st Avenue in Seattle’s downtown, just blocks away from the iconic Pike Place Market. While Nest Bedding’s support team is based in California, the brand has set itself apart from other online-only mattress retailers with its large network of standalone showrooms, which dot the U.S. from Arizona to Colorado, Illinois, New York, and now Washington. The Seattle store marks the company’s 14th brick-and-mortar establishment.

“Seattle is a very important market and it has always been an important goal for us to have a store there,” explained Joe Alexander, CEO and Founder of Nest Bedding, in talking to Furniture World. “We are excited to open and to bring our award-winning products to the Northwest.”

After setting up shop in the Pacific Northwest this month, Nest Bedding is planning to open new retail locations in Las Vegas and Miami sometime in 2018.

ABOUT THE BRAND

Founded in 2011, Nest Bedding has established itself in the bed-in-a-box world with its wide range of products, geared toward satisfying every sleeper’s unique needs. In this vein, the brand has developed several different types of mattresses, many of which we’ve reviewed here at Sleepopolis. Check out some of our favorites below:

NEST BEDDING ALEXANDER HYBRID

  • The Breakdown – Built with copper-infused foam and an interior system of springy coils, the Alexander Signature Hybrid from Nest Bedding aims to combine all the best aspects of your favorite mattresses for a truly stellar sleeping experience. It also comes in three different firmness options, which means you’ll be able to find the perfect feel for you!

NEST BEDDING ALEXANDER SIGNATURE

  • The Breakdown –  As the name suggests, the Alexander Signature is the flagship Nest Bedding mattress. It’s built with thick layers of memory foam and high-density poly foam, which creates a gentle, pressure-relieving feel. While the bed is certainly luxurious, it’s designed to be cost-effective for the consumer. I should add that it comes in two different firmness levels.
  • For More – Check out our full review of the Nest Bedding Alexander Signature, here. As with the Hybrid, a Queen size of the Signature costs $1,199.

NEST BEDDING LATEX HYBRID

  • The Breakdown – The eco-friendly Nest Bedding Hybrid Latex is built with layers of organic cotton, all-natural Talalay latex foam and pocketed coils, stacking up to an impressive 13” of comfort. The interaction between the foam and coils creates a dynamic interplay of bounce and support, which will keep the sleeper lifted on top of the mattress and feeling plenty of pressure relief.
  • For More – Check out our full review of the mattress, here. This mattress is a bit more expensive than others in the Nest Bedding suite and comes in at $1,599 for a Queen.
