Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheets Review

Are you on the hunt for a set of ultra-soft, temperature regulating, and all around cozy sheets? Well, you’re in luck, because in this review I’ll be covering the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets — which may or may not meet all of those qualifications. (I’ll give you a hint: they do!)  You may have heard of Cozy Earth’s Bamboo sheets because they made Oprah’s list of favorite things — she called them the “softest EVER.” I’ve also previously reviewed their women’s bamboo pajamas, which I loved. Between these being Oprah’s favorite sheets and my own previous experience with the brand, I was very excited to test the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheet set. With all that in mind, let’s get into the review. Or, you can always skip to the end for my review summary.  

What are the Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheets Made Of? 

Sheets can be made from a variety of materials, such as cotton, linen, or flannel. As the name suggests, these Cozy Earth sheets are made from bamboo — specifically, 100 percent bamboo viscose in a sateen weave. The fitted sheet in this set has deep pockets, which can accommodate a mattress that is up to 20 inches tall — which is a very tall mattress. This sheet set is available in six different sizes: twin/twin XL, full, queen, king, California king, and split king. Each set includes one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases, except the split king set, which includes one flat sheet, two twin XL fitted sheets, and two pillowcases. Additionally, the king, California king, and split king sizes come with king-size pillowcases, while the rest come with standard pillowcases. These sheets are also available in five color options: white, light gray, driftwood, charcoal, and oat. Plus, each set comes with a cute Cozy Earth reusable tote.

What Do the Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheets Feel Like?

Immediately, when I took these sheets out of the box, I loved how they felt. I’m a big fan of bamboo fabric because it feels silky, slinky, and super soft — and these sheets match up with that exactly. In fact, I’d say these are some of the softest sheets I’ve ever tested. They feel buttery smooth, flowy, and drape over you super cozily. Additionally, the sateen weave gives these sheets a smooth feel and a lustrous finish, making them look quite nice on the bed. However, they do wrinkle easily, which is something to watch out for if wrinkles bother you.

Are the Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheets Good for Hot Sleepers?

I thought the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets were a fantastic option for hot sleepers. Bamboo is a great temperature regulating fabric, and these feel really cool to the touch. They also feel quite light and airy. I didn’t feel them trapping heat at all, so I would definitely say these are a great pick for hot sleepers. How Durable are Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheets?

Durability is an important factor when shopping for sheets. Overall, I think the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets are fairly durable, as they are well-made sheets. However, some customer reviews did note pilling over time after washing the sheets a few times. Do the Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheets Stay on the Bed?

The fitted sheet in the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheet set has deep pockets that can accommodate a mattress up to 20 inches tall, so they had no problem fitting on and staying on the mattress I tested them with. However, it is worth noting that because the fitted sheet has such deep pockets, it can feel loose on a thinner mattress.

Now that we’ve gone over what these sheets are made of, how they feel, and some other features, let’s go over who I recommend these sheets for, as well as some of my complaints.

Who should try Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets

• If you love a super soft sheet, I think the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets are a great option for you. They feel silky and slinky — the way the top sheet drapes over you feels absolutely luxurious. These sheets don’t feel stiff or scratchy at all.
• If you’re a hot sleeper, the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets could be a good fit for you. Because they’re made with bamboo, these sheets stay nice and cool. I felt really comfortable lying under these sheets, without feeling my body temperature rising. And if you do happen to get the night sweats, bamboo is also moisture-wicking, so you won’t wake up feeling completely damp.
• If you have a tall mattress or a mattress topper, these sheets will stay put easily on your bed, thanks to the deep pockets on the fitted sheet.

• These sheets are quite wrinkly. If a smooth, wrinkle-free bed is important to you, these sheets might not be the best option for you.
