How does the 100-night trial period work?
From the day that your Leesa mattress is delivered, you will have 100 nights to decide if the mattress is right for you. Leesa does recommend that you sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return. If you decide to return the mattress, you’ll simply contact Leesa’s customer support team and they will walk you through the return process. Leesa will arrange for your mattress to be picked up from your home and donated to a local charity in need.
How does shipping work?
Leesa ships free and will arrive at your door in 3-5 business days. You will be sent an email with tracking information as soon as your new mattress ships. In select locations, you can also choose White Glove Delivery. For an additional fee, you can have your mattress, foundation, and/or bed frame set up in the room of your choice.
