1. Giveaway Period

The Sleepopolis x Helix Halloween Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET.

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period:

Visit the official Giveaway post on Instagram at @sleepopolis_.
Follow @sleepopolis_ and @helixsleep on Instagram.
Comment on the Giveaway post and tag a friend.

Entry limit: One entry per person, regardless of the number of comments submitted. No purchase is necessary to enter. Automated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Helix mattress in their choice of eligible size. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitutions will be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Shipping will be provided at no cost to the winner within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The selection will take place on or about Saturday, October 31, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official @sleepopolis_ account and must respond within [48 hours] of notification.

If the selected entrant does not respond within the designated timeframe, cannot be verified, or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may be randomly selected.

The winner will be announced on October 31, 2026, subject to eligibility verification. If verification is not complete, the announcement may be delayed.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules or involve fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the promotion. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if technical failures, unauthorized interference, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.

7. Privacy

Information collected from the winner will be used to verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Personal information will not be used for additional marketing purposes without any consent required by applicable law.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability associated with the Giveaway to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
