Description: This recall involves play yards that have black fabric sides and mesh panels bordered in gray. The top rails are covered with white fabric with a multi-colored print with bear faces, paws and the word โbearโ. The play yards include a mattress with the same bear print. โModel: P700โ and โProduction Date: 202503โ are printed on the packaging and on a removeable tag included with the play yard.
Hazard: The play yards violate the mandatory standard for play yards. Infants can become entrapped under the mattress or between the side of the play yard and the mattress, posing a risk of serious injury or deadly suffocation hazard.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled play yards and contact Anna Queen for a full refund. Consumers should disassemble the fabric cover from the play yard frame, cut up the cover and mattress pad and email a photo of the destroyed play yard to tingerservice@outlook.com to obtain a full refund. Consumers should then dispose of the destroyed play yard.

Description: This recall involves Criblike aftermarket play yard and non-full sized crib mattresses. The Criblike Pack and Play mattresses, models XCD-001 and XCD-002, come in white and are approximately 38 inches by 26 inches. The Criblike Mini-crib mattresses, model MNCL-001, come in white and are approximately 38 inches by 24 inches. โCriblikeโ and the model number are printed on labels located on the end of the product.
Hazard: The aftermarket mattresses violate the mandatory standard for crib mattresses, as the mattresses may not adequately fit certain play yards or non-full-sized cribs, posing a deadly entrapment hazard. Babies can suffocate in gaps between an undersized mattress, or extra padding, and side walls of a product, especially when the infantโs face becomes trapped against the side and the mattress, preventing the infant from breathing. The non-full-sized crib mattress also fails to meet the mandatory standard for mattress set flammability.
Consumers should immediately stop using the crib mattresses and contact Criblike for instructions on requesting a full refund. Consumers should destroy the mattresses by cutting them in half, take a photo of the destroyed mattress and email the photo to Criblike-service_2025@outlook.com with โRecall Proofโ and your name in the subject line.

Description: This recall involves mattresses marketed by the Avenco and Novilla brands. The recalled mattresses were sold in various thicknesses, including 6, 10, 12, and 14 inches, and were sold in various sizes including twin, full, queen and king. The mattresses are white and have an accent color around the side of the mattress of light gray, dark gray, or navy depending on the model. The name โPT Championโ, the manufacture date, the model, the prototype IDs, thickness and size of each mattress are printed in black letters on a sewn-in white label located on one side of the mattress. The manufacture date is in the format: YYYYMMDD-GJ and the models are: A-M02822-10-Q-2, A-M02822-12-K-2, B-M02901-14-Q-1, B-M02905-6-T, or N-M02043-12-F-2. Some of the Avenco mattresses have a navy tag sewn into the side of the mattress. Some of the Novilla mattresses have a green tag sewn into the side of the mattress. The mattresses are dual-sided, with one side labeled โinfantโ and the other side labeled โtoddler.โ The dimensions of the mattress are 38 inches long, 26 inches wide and 1.5 inches thick.
Hazard: The after-market play yard mattresses may not adequately fit certain play yards, which is in violation of the mandatory standard for crib mattresses, posing a deadly entrapment hazard. Babies have suffocated in gaps between an undersized mattress, or extra padding, and side walls of a product, especially when the infantโs face becomes trapped against the side and the mattress, preventing the infant from breathing.

They have a white top panel and a gray side panel with an Amazon Basics tag on the foot panel. They were manufactured from December 22, 2022, through May 16, 2024. The manufacture date in MM/DD/YYYY format; SKU number ABFM0933, ABFM0946, ABFM0950 or ABFM0966; and prototype ID: 1131 40 00 1 appear on a white label located on the center seam of the foot panel.
Hazard: The recalled mattresses violate a mandatory flammability standard for mattresses, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury or death to consumers.
Consumers should stop using the recalled mattress immediately and follow Amazonโs instructions for a full refund. Hazard: The recalled mattresses fail to meet open flame flammability requirements in violation of federal safety standard for mattresses, posing a deadly fire hazard.

Description: This recall involves Gimars Playpens with model numbers GWL-01, GWL-02, GWL-03, GWL-04, GWL-05 and GWL-06. The playpens are labeled with the product name โGimars Playpen with matโ on a label attached to the top rail. โGimarsโ is also printed in white on one side of the top rail. The playpens are dark gray, black and light gray fabric with white mesh sides. The mattress is reversible with printed road and animal designs. The playpens come with a basketball hoop that attaches to the top rail and multicolored balls.
Hazard: The recalled playpens violate the federal safety regulations for play yards. The included basketball hoop accessory can be a head entrapment hazard and children can become entrapped beneath the mattress, posing a suffocation hazard.
Consumers should immediately stop using and keep children away from the recalled playpens. Consumers should disassemble the playpen and cut the fabric floor, mattress pad and basketball hoop accessory each into two pieces. The bassinets come with a bag with handles on the top. The brand โbeberoad LOVEโ is printed on the top of the bag. Only bassinets manufactured on or after June 23, 2022 are included in this recall. The model name, model number TB999-1, and manufacture date in DD/YYYY format are located on the bottom of the bassinet in a sewn-in tag.
Hazard: The recalled bassinets violate federal safety regulations for Infant Sleep Products because they do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard if used on elevated surfaces.

Attached to the mattress pad is a law label listing โModel SFMPAVORGโ, manufacturer name, date of delivery, date of manufacture, fiber content, and washing instructions.
Hazard: The recalled mattress pads violate the mandatory federal flammability regulation for mattress pads, posing a fire hazard.

Description: This recall involves RH Baby & Child Jeune French Contemporary Upholstered Panel Cribs, with the following first six digits in the SKU number: 113210, 113313 and 113754. The wooden crib measures about 30 inches wide, 55ยฝ inches long and 42 inches high, and were sold in brushed gray oak, brushed light oak, and brushed white oak finishes. The crib has upholstered end and lower panels and three adjustable mattress height settings and can convert into a toddler bed. The SKU numbers are printed on the receipt, and on a label located on the inner-lower portion of the upholstered panel.
Hazard: The cylindrical metal inserts in the cribโs wooden frame can become loose and detach, posing a choking hazard.

Hazard: The recalled log splitterโs hydraulic cylinder rod can separate from the piston, preventing the wedge from retracting. Reengaging the rod to the piston can cause the rod and wedge to move unexpectedly, posing injury hazards.

They were sold in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, Split King and California King sizes. The GhostBed Natural logo is embroidered in black and green on the mattress cover. The model number and date of manufacture in MM/YYY can be found on the white label sewn into the seam of the mattress. The recalled mattresses were manufactured from June 2021 through March 2023.
Hazard: The mattresses violate the smoldering ignition requirements of the federal mattress flammability regulation, posing a fire hazard.

The white single-sided mattresses have navy blue side panels and were sold in twin, twin XL, full, queen, king and California king sizes. They were manufactured from July 15, 2021 through August 6, 2021. The date of manufacture in DD/MM/YY, the model number and โPrototype ID: L1โ can be found on a white tag sewn into the head of the mattress. Description: This recall involves HOFISH 10-Inch Hybrid Certi-PUR Certified Foam and Pocket Spring Mattresses sold in twin, twin XL, full, queen, and king sizes. They are 10-inch, single-sided mattresses with white knit ticking, a blue striped wave design and diamond-shaped quilting on the top surface. The side panels have gray knit ticking. The tape edges are white with white stitching. The bottom panel has gray non-woven ticking. The mattresses have a white tag located on the underside of the head panel of the mattress with โMade For HOFISH Inc.โ printed on one side and โPrototype ID: HF19HYโ printed on the other side. Only mattresses with the Prototype ID HF19HY on the productโs labeling are included in this recall. The mattresses were sold compressed in a box.
Hazard: The mattresses fail to meet the mandatory federal flammability standard for mattresses, posing a fire hazard.

DaVinci Recalls Bassinets Due to Fall and Entrapment Hazards (Recall Alert)

Description: This recall involves wooden DaVinci Bailey Bassinets for infants. The recalled bassinets were sold in the following four colors, with corresponding product numbers โ gray (M0934G), espresso (M0934E), natural (M0934N) and white (M0934W). The model number โ0934โ is printed on a white label attached to the mattress support board and on the external product package. The assembled bassinets measure 38 inches long by 20 inches wide by 30 inches high, and each weighs about 21 pounds. The bassinets were sold with a 1-inch waterproof cradle pad. โDaVinciโ is printed on the product packaging, instruction manual and product registration card.
Hazard: The bassinetโs mattress support can become disengaged, posing fall and entrapment hazards to babies.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bassinets and contact DaVinci for a free repair kit that will reinforce the mattress support. In the meantime, parents are urged to find an alternate, safe sleeping environment for the child, such as a crib that meets current safety standards.
