Find a mattress that offers the appropriate support. When we say support we mean the ability of the mattress to evenly distribute your body weight across the surface.

If a mattress fails to evenly distribute your body weight, you may feel pressure on certain parts of your body. This could result in you waking up with an aching back or other pain. On the other hand, a mattress with proper support will keep your spine aligned properly and prevent your body from feeling achy in the morning.

Bed Height
